Terms and Conditions

1. Only one claim is permitted per person/household, to the Value of €250.
2. The individual named on the invoice shall nominate the registered club or registered charity of their choice. It is not possible to split donations across multiple organisations. 
3. Nomination must be declared by the individual prior to grant paperwork being submitted by ePower.
4. This offer cannot be combined with any other voucher, offer or discount.
5. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefit.
6. Donation will be made to the bank details provided by the organisation on receipt of final payment for works for the customer. 
7. Each organisation will be limited to one fundraising account, it is up to the organisation how the funds are used a not specific to a given fundraising attempt. 
8. All claims are subject to verification by ePower. Incomplete or illegible claims may be disqualified.
9. The promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

I am delighted with E-power . Jackie mad the process simple from start to finish, looked after everything . Needed charger asap and was well looked after . I had a problem with the Zappi car charger.  Error meant if had to be replaced. Eventually got a replacement from myenergi New one was installed by James from ePower. Called me the day before to give me a time. Arrived to the minute  at the time he promised. Installed the new Zappi very efficiently tidying up also when finished took the old one away. Also helped me to see the Zappi on the myenergie  app and test if was working ok charging the car. Was very helpful and got the job all done in 30 minutes. Very good ePower service experience for me.
